Requirements :
- Applicants must hold a PhD at the deadline of the call for application.
- Applicants who already hold a PhD degree at the time of application are eligible to apply only if they obtained their PhD degree during the 5 years prior to the deadline of the call for application.
- Applicants must have a record of outstanding scientific achievement.
- Applicants must apply with a pioneering research idea.
